Even an occasional reader of this blog knows that I'm a big fan of Patty Griffin.
Ever since discovering her one night on "Austin City Limits," my appreciation for her artistry has grown. I managed to see her in concert twice in the past couple of years in Portland, including last April when she was touring to promote the release of her newest CD, "Downtown Church."
The album, amazingly, topped the Billboard charts in both the Christian and Folk Albums charts in 2010 and then won a Grammy for Best Traditional Gospel Album.
The song below, "Move Up," is a catchy, joyous track that I never tire of listening to.
