Even though Prince William and Kate Middleton are asking guests to make donations in lieu of gifts for their wedding on Friday, April 29th, the couple will still receive a few special treats. One is from master fragrance specialist Roja Dove of Harrods Haute Parfumerie, who commissioned renowned perfumer Clive Christian to create a unique his-and-hers set of his infamous No. 1 The World's Most Expensive Perfume exclusively for the royal couple. "The fragrances are placed side-by-side in a piano black case, with the royal coat of arms hand-embroidered onto the case," Victoria Christian, brand ambassador and daughter of Clive, told InStyle of the newlywed gift. "The presentation is truly a fitting tribute to the royal couple, as Queen Victoria and Prince Albert were fans of the perfumery." While the pair will receive a bottle each of No. 1 in hand-cut crystal bottles bearing their respective initials etched in gold, the juice inside is the same as Christian's already-on-sale fragrance, available at SaksFifthAvenue.com for $865 (fitting for its name!).
