A smoothie is an easy way to make a drink that is a healthy alternative for deserts or breakfast.
Instructions:
1. Add 8 to 16 oz of fresh or frozen fruit into blender.
2. Add one whole banana. Break into pieces.
3. Add one 8 oz container of yogurt. I prefer plain yogurt because it doesn't take away from the taste of the fresh or frozen fruit.
4. Add 8 oz or orange juice. Other types of juice can work too.
5. Blend until thick and creamy. Add more juice or fruit to your liking.
