Ways to Prevent Getting Sick

1. Drink a bunch of water and a little lemon. This balances your pH system.


2. Probiotics. They play a huge role in keeping your immune system healthy.


3. Essential oils like lavender and tea tree are great for warding off bacteria.


4. Don't eat if you get sick, Chicken broth, fruit juices, and plenty of water are what is best to consume.


5. Don't try to lower your fever if it isn't that bad. The fever is designed to kill the sickness, so letting it do its job is what is best.


6. Take herbs and other supplements, these help ward off sickness also.
