Gone Fishin'

In my supreme effort to procrastinate my work on AP Language lesson plans and worksheets (which are actually coming along rather well--but I'm stuck at the moment), I thought I'd post a picture or two of some of my summer fishing adventures. We've caught several bass and catfish in the last two weeks--not to mention sunfish, bluegill, and the odd grass carp. No fish were permanently harmed (we catch-and-release) -- but the bass did suffer mild psychological trauma when I yanked it out of the water and screamed, "It's a bass! It's a bass!"
