Having pets is good for your health!

Did you know that having a pet is good for your health? Well the CDC did research on it in 2010 and this is what they came up with...

It lowers your blood pressure
lowers your cholesterol levels
lowers your Triglyceride levels
It makes you less lonely
It increases your opportunities for exercise and outdoor activities.
It increases your opportunities for socialization.
