Alberto Contador, whose nickname is El pistolero del Pinto, or in English, The gun is in the Pinto, wins Stage 13 and takes lead in the Vuelta.
Kloden and Li'l Bronze Medalist both sacrificed themselves to set a furious pace up Angliru. Contador then showed why he is the best climber in the world when he dropped Sastre and Valverde on the way to the top.
Unless Contador suffers an unexpected mishap, he will be the leader from here on out and the eventual winner of the Vuelta.
