Does this Arizona teachers strategy for winning the lotto work?

On Monday December 13, a 64- year old woman from Phoenix won the powerball jackpot of $95.3 million. She claims that her strategy led her to success. Every week for 6 1/2 years she bought powerball tickets with the same exact numbers. Finally last Monday, she hit the jackpot of $95.3 million and is set for life now. She may think that her strategy is the sole reason for her new-found fortune, but the truth is that the game of lottery is pure luck. From working at Jack Flash, I've realized that the lottery is a useless game to play. The chances of winning a big sum of money are almost 0, and the more tickets you buy hardly increase your chances of winning.
