Peanut Buttery

If anyone else loves peanut butter as much as I do, you should probably treat yourself to these cookies. That is, of course, after you make them! After all, how can anything with Reese's in them not be good?!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup white sugar

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 egg beaten

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp. milk

  • 40 miniature Reese's peanut butter cups, unwrapped

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. Set the mixture aside.
  3. Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter, and brown sugar until the mixture is fluffy. Beat in the egg, vanilla, and milk. Add the flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Shape the dough into 40 balls and place into an ungreased mini muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes. After removing them from the oven, immediately place the mini Reese's into each ball. Let cool and then carefully remove the cookies from the pan.

Enjoy your cookies:)
