This week's arbitrary award -- the "Warm & Fuzzy Pink Bunny" Award -- goes to Jackie Wortman. Jackie presented a speech today pertaining to Elton John--one of her favorite singers. While her speech was great, it was her rendition of "Rocket Man" that stole the show. I had not heard her sing before... so this was a real treat for me. I know everyone else enjoyed her song as much as I did.Jackie also agreed to perform for her classmates during 7th hour English II. She played several selections--including "Hallelujah"-- one of my favorite songs. Her voice is absolutely incredible!
So, thanks for entertaining us all today! Please don't hate me for the picture. I'm addicted to Photoshop.
