Snow Snow & more Snow!
So much snow piled up in our small town of Effingham. What do we do with all this snow? ..simple..ICE CREAM! If you have never made snow ice cream, today is your lucky day. The recipe is easy and there is nothing better. Get one gallon of clean snow (white preferably). Stir in vanilla and sugar to taste (no more then one cup sugar..this may be too much, but I doubt it), then add just enough milk for an ice cream consistency. Chocolate milk also may be added. The ice cream does melt quickly, sometimes leaving sugary grits at the bottom (the best part). Enjoy!
