Congratulations to the cast of Into the Woods!!! If you didn't get a chance to see the musical, you missed out. The musical was full of surprises and laughs, even though it was a little long. The cast practiced for hours upon hours, many times staying at the high school until late into the night. The performances started out well, and as the cast got more comfortable with the performance, they began to use more improv (which was hilarious).The crew worked just as hard, if not harder. They were working until the night before the opening performance for the grade school. We had freshmen-in-training behind the scenes at the sound and light board. It was a little rough at first, but we got through it.
Congrats to all for yet another wonderful performance. Thanks to all who helped put it together, especially Ms. Cyrus and Mrs. Deters. And thanks to the freshmen; hopefully you have no problem continuing the St. A musical tradition.
