The Vampire Diaries

There's a new hit T.V. series called "The Vampire Diaries". It's somewhat similar to "Twilight". It's about a seventeen year old girl named Elena Gillbert and her fifteen year old brother Jeremy Gillbert.

The two teenagers are suffering from the death of their parents in a terrible car accident. They are now living with their new over-whelmed Aunt Jenna. Both attend high school at Mystic Falls.

Jeremy is being influenced by drugs and alcohol. This is his way to cope with the pain. He is also archenemies with Tyler, who is dating a girl named Vicki. Vicki is an older girl Jeremy likes. Elena is smart, gorgeous, and has two of best friends named Bonnie and Caroline. Her ex-boyfriend, named Matt, is also a good friend to her and to Vicki's older brother.

Then there is Stefen Salvatore who is new at Mystic Falls. He and Elena hit it off, but will Elena ever find out his deepest darkest secret--that he is a vampire? They finally meet each other at a bonfire, when a crisis comes along. Vicki, was found in the woods with a bite to the neck. At the end of the night Stefen goes home and sees his brother Damon--whom he hasn't talked to in over a decade. Stefen then knew he was the one who hurt Vicki. Damon, found out the reason why Stefen came back to Mystic Falls, because Elena looked exactly like Stefan's first love. This is the reason why Damon and Stefan don't get along because they were in love with the same girl.
