Two-Mustard Chicken

Start to finish: 40 min

Servings: 4











1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 Tbsp coarse-grained mustard

2 Tbsp honey

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lbs)






1. Heat oven to 375 degrees (F). Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

2. In a small bowl, mix mustards and honey; spread the mix on both sides of the chicken. Place in pan.

3. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170 degrees).

4. Enjoy!
