Hello, SAHS. Some of you may know, and some may not, that there is a small health-food store/chiropractic office here in Effingham. It is called Health Solutions, and it is located on Virginia Avenue, near St Anthony hospital. Health Solutions offers many homeopathic, natural solutions to diseases, some symptoms of disabilities, and even your every day, run-of-the-mill sore throat, all without the use of any pharmaceutical medications with nasty side-effects or painful treatments (the pain part varies).
Health Solutions also offers a program that I know many of you ladies (and some of you guys) will like: a proven, exercise-free weight loss program (unlike the ones you see on TV, this one actually works).

This program makes use of vibration therapy, and employs a machine that vibrates at different frequencies to target specific muscles and areas prone to fat buildup. I have seen the effects, and let me tell you: nothing can beat it. One patient lost more than five pounds of fat in one week of daily use, and many others are also completely satisfied. The visible fat starts to disappear in no time, with regular use.

Another plus: the recommended time slot is only ten minutes a day, so you will have plenty of time for… uh, quaint hobbies, good, wholesome fun, and homework (sure).
One more good aspect: the office has three machines, so any time you decide to visit, there is a good chance that you will be able to be in and out without much of a wait.
To top it all off, it is pretty affordable. One session is only ten dollars and a monthly ‘membership’ will cost you $95 (it may seem like a lot, but it saves you a LOT over a month, if you go more that nine times).
So ladies (and gentlemen), if you want to exercise more, but you are too darn lazy to make the time, think about finding yourself a minute (or ten) to check this program out. I promise you, you will love it.
If you are interested, the office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and there is a link to their website right here: http://healthsolutionssource.com/index.html

Their contact information is on that website, if you want to try it out. Or, if you don't want to bother with the site, just catch me between classes, and I can tell you what you need to know.
I mean really, who wouldn’t want to (at least) try it out? It has so many good sides and positive points that it's like one of those geometric shapes no one can come up with a name for.
There’s something to ask Mrs. Jones!
